All items are sent within 3 working days. All UK items are sent recorded delivery and any sent outside the UK are sent via International Signed for AirMail. We want to ensure that you get your jewellery safely.
Please allow 14 days delivery within the UK and 28 days elsewhere. If you have not received your parcel after this time please contact me claire@talentedtrinkets.com
Returns
Legally you have the right to cancel your purchase within seven days of your order, or seven days of receipt of the goods. Return the item to me and you will have your payment returned.
Above those legal requirements we extend that guarantee to 28-days from the date of dispatch. If you are outside that time limit, subject to items being returned in mint condition, you will be offered a refund for the value of the goods. For health and hygiene reasons, no returns are available on pierced earrings if they have been worn. Postage and packing is not refunded on returned items after the 28 day period.
If goods are damaged in transit please return the parcel to us. We will issue another item and contact Royal Mail for compensation.
