Paying For Your Jewellery
We operate a sophisticated on-line processing system via WorldPay or PayPal.You can pay in UK Pounds, US Dollars or Euro's. Using Worldpay or Paypal means that no-one at Talented Trinkets has access to your bank details. Your information is totally secure.
Shipping and Handling
Postage and packing is automatically added at the ordering stage. All items sent within the UK are sent recorded delivery to ensure you get them. All overseas orders are sent via International Signed for AirMail. Please note your postage and packing is added to your order before it goes through to paypal so will not show as a seperate amount.
Guarantee
Legally you have the right to cancel your purchase within seven days of your order, or seven days of receipt of the goods. Return the item to me and you will have your payment returned.
Above those legal requirements we extend that guarantee to 28-days from the date of dispatch. If you are outside that time limit, subject to items being returned in mint condition, you will be offered a refund for the value of the goods. For health and hygiene reasons, no returns are available on pierced earrings if they have been worn. Postage and packing is not refunded on returned items after the 28 day period.
If goods are damaged in transit please return the parcel to us. We will issue another item and contact Royal Mail for compensation.
